There’s some relief for your balik kampung trips.
In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, PLUS Malaysia Berhad will be offering its highway users a 30 per cent rebate.
However, the offer is only applicable to those who use the PLUSMiles, Touch n Go and SmartTAGs cards.
PLUS managing director Datuk Noorizah Abd Hamid told Bernama that the toll rebate would be offered to Class 1 vehicle users during off-peak days on July 4, 8 and 11, which involves travelling more than 100 kilometres.
Noorizah added that highway users would still need to pay the full amount at the toll gate, but the rebate can be redeemed between August 15 and Novmber 15 at PLUS customer service centers in the form of reloads.
PLUS would also be issuing a Travel Time Advisory (TTA) schedule to help the public plan their journey, Noorizah told the news agency.
