A woman from Klang, who wanted to use the bathroom, found a surprise waiting for her inside the toilet bowl.
And no, we’re not talking about something her family members left behind for her to clean up.
Kamarunesa Mohd Kassim, 40, got the shock of her life when she found a python curled up in the toilet bowl on Monday.
According to a report by Kosmo!, as translated by The Star Online, she had just entered the bathroom when she spotted the 2-meter slithery reptile.
Her brother Rawidean Mohd Kassim, who lives next door, rushed to her house after hearing her scream.
Rawidean told the Malay daily that the snake could have slithered in via the septic tank.
“The snake was quite big. I immediately closed the bowl lid with a log and put a pail on top of it,” he was quoted as saying.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Mohd Sani Harul told Kosmo! that a team of firemen were dispatched to the scene after receiving a distress call at 8.08pm.
“Five firemen were sent and they took 25 minutes to catch the python,” he told the Malay daily.
