Shocking footage emerged recently, purportedly showing how a female hit squad carried out their assassination on Kim Jong-nam at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The video — consisting of stitched footage from several CCTV cameras at the airport — premiered on a Japanese talk-show/news programme Mr Sunday on Fuji TV.

In it, the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is seen walking into the airport, pausing briefly to look at the flight schedules. He heads to an automated kiosk to check in.

It was then that two women made their move on Kim. The infamous LOL assassin can be seen lunging at the man, grabbing him from behind. Footage is unclear, but supposedly that was when the other woman sprayed toxic substance on Kim’s face. The women briskly walked away from the scene, leaving the shocked man behind.

Kim then looks for help from security personnel, telling them about the incident. They lead him to a medical clinic, where he died soon after.

In the latest development in the highly-dramatic case, Malaysian police are currently on the lookout for four North Koreans they believe to be involved in the murder. A fifth one — 47-year-old chemistry expert Ri Jong-chol from Pyongyang — has been detained in connection with the murder.
