Following up on yesterday’s revelation that there are bootleg versions of Malaysia’s favourite chocolatey malt drink, Milo, a YouTube video has surfaced depicting what seems to be an illegal packing operation with two men putting together packets of counterfeit Milo.
Par for the course, sure. Most criminals aren’t smart enough to not document their illegal activities (probably with a fake Samsung Galaxy Note 3), but this video is particularly awkward because one of the men seen packing fake Milo is wearing a *gasp* Barisan Nasional t-shirt.
During the run-up to state and general elections, the BN coalition has been known to be extremely generous with freebies, campaign t-shirts included. This might just be a coincidental example of how BN largesse has permeated all layers of Malaysian society. We highly doubt this video will result in a beef between Nestlé Malaysia and the Federal Government.
Or will it?
