Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the shocking murder of a man in full view of witnesses, at a Johor petrol station earlier this week.
A man and woman, one 19 years old and the other 22, were taken in by police at 2:30am today in relation to the murder of the purported underworld boss.
The gory, disturbing, and truly upsetting incident went viral within hours, after witnesses uploaded the entire murder onto social media shortly after it occurred at 7:30pm on Sunday.
The 44-year-old victim, known only as Ah Chiu in the media, was attacked by four men as he checked the air pressure on the tires of his Volkswagen Polo. He was stabbed, and later run over twice, by the men.
The suspects made no effort to hide their identity, and the license plate of their white BMW was plainly visible throughout the attack.
Police report that the murder was a result of two warring triad factions. They added that all four men in the video have been identified by police.
