Two injured in helicopter crash at Subang Jaya airport

A helicopter crashed at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport this morning, injuring the pilot and co-pilot. 

The Airbus H125 crashed at an open area of the airport in Subang Jaya, Selangor at 9:30am. One of the Malaysian pilots fractured his right leg and had injuries on his head, while the other sustained minor leg injuries. Three passengers on the helicopter escaped the crash unhurt.  

The Fire and Rescue Department was alerted to the incident minutes after the crash and subsequently deployed emergency responders from the Kota Anggerik fire station.

Both pilots were reported to be in their fifties and were taken to the hospital.
