The princess of Johor now has a name.
Tunku Mahkota Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, and his wife Che Puan Khaleeda Bustamam have named their first child Tunku Kalsom Aminah Sofiah Binti Tunku Ismail.
The announcement was made on the Johor Southern Tigers Facebook page by Johor Royal Court Council president Datuk Rahim Ramli on Monday.
Rahim also said in the Facebook posting that the royal couple, who got married in October 2014, and their adorable little princess had safely returned home to Istana Bukit Pelangi on Monday.
“Che Puan Khaleeda and her princess who was gifted the name Tunku Kalsom Aminah Sofiah Binti Tunku Ismail are both in good health,” he said in the posting.
The princess, the first grandchild for Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, was delivered at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital’s royal ward in Johor Baru on Saturday morning.
