Toss up: Popular actor or doppelgänger at the center of leaked masturbation clip?

Sir, put the phone down
Sir, put the phone down

Oh, dear: As the saying goes, choose your friends wisely, and those who you decide to video sext with … even more carefully.

One popular actor may be living to regret who he chose to share a Facetime intimate moment with, after video of a man who looks incredible similar to Syafiq Kyle, best known for playing an ustaz (imam) on local TV series Nur, was leaked onto social media over the weekend.

The 7:21-minute ling clip was first leaked Friday night, and shows a young moustachioed man Facetiming with an unseen woman, who is referred to as Mira.

She then asks “Ahh bibir tu, sedapnya, Syafiq, nak tengok angle dari bawah, Syafiq, memang minat melancap ke?

[Those lips look so good, Syafiq, can see from a lower angle? Syafiq, do you really like masturbating?]

The man on camera obliges, shifting the camera towards his groin, where his member is indeed, in hand.

One moment.

While the clip has been shared via email, WhatsApp, and appeared on social media at varying times, some more enterprising netizens have begun charging to watch the video, at RM20 (US$5) a pop for the full video, and RM8 (US$2) for a snippet of titillation, which may or may not include the money shot.

Syafiq Kyle, whose full name is Mohd Syafiq Shamim Abdul Razak, has yet to issue a statement regarding whether the man in the clip who shares an uncanny similarity, and who also appears to share the same name, is in fact him.

Manager Shawn Ameer has told fans to be patient that that they will need to review the clip before issuing a statement. No problem gentlemen, but it’s gonna cost you a 20 if you want the full monty.

Fans are divided, with some refusing to believe that their saintly hero could be tainted in such a sordid mess, while others seem to be echoing what some news editors are thinking on a Monday evening: Sir, whoever you are, “Mira” did you dirty.

While some may decide to go the route of “I have been hacked,” which is popular until they realize that you actually weren’t, we advise in this case to implore the Shaggy Defense: It wasn’t me. Repeat: It wasn’t me.
