There’s no such thing as brotherly love with this family.
Three siblings in Besut took matters into their own hands after a division of inheritence left a brother gaining more than the rest.
Unhappy, the three siblings assaulted their 33-year-old brother, who suffered a broken wrist and toe in the attack.
Besut Police chief Supt Mohd Zamri Mohd Rowi told Bernama that the incident took place at Kampung Pak Kiang on Sunday.
“The three brothers of the victim, aged from 17 to 37, assaulted him using a piece of wood and a metal bar,” he said.
According to Mohd Zamri, the four siblings met to discuss about the division of a piece of land left by their parents when things turned sour and the attack happened.
Following the incident, the three siblings were detained for further investigation.
