After being a sex slave to her stepfather for six years, a 14-year-old girl finally lodged a police report at the Kulim Police Station on Thursday.
According to a report by Bernama, the girl has decided to lodge a police report after her stepfather threatened her with a pistol to keep her from talking about her ordeal, after the last time he raped her on 28 April.
Acting on the report, the police apprehended the suspect, who has two records involving robbery and rioting, at his home in Alor Setar at 10pm on 28 April.
The suspect then led the police to a house in Kulim on 30 April, where six men, the youngest being 17 years old, were also arrested.
“A Semi Auto Pietro Baretta pistol, which was believed to have been used to threaten her, three 9mm bullets and a black holster were found in a drum,” Kedah CID chief SAC Mohd Nashir Ya told Bernama.
