Remember the disturbing and tragic murder that happened in a Bandar Sunway flat two weeks ago?
The law has caught up with the suspect — 36-year-old security guard Mohd Azmirul Shamsuddin has been charged with the murder of Rabiatul Adawiyah Abd Aziz, 26, the New Straits Times reports.
No plea was recorded at the PJ magistrate’s court today.
The woman, who had just given birth two months before the incident, was found dead with her hands and feet tied with ropes. Her body was placed next to her infant daughter, who was left unharmed.
The woman and her husband had been living in the unit with four others who worked with her husband as security guards.
