A salesgirl was injured after she fell victim to a snatch thief on Wednesday.
According to a report by The New Straits Times, the 25-year-old was riding a motorcycle alone when the incident happened in front of a Ramadan bazaar in Alor Star at 1.30pm.
Kota Star district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Rozi Jidin told the daily that Ruzanna Shamsudin was on her way to work at a hypermarket when another motorcyclist reportedly approached her from behind and grabbed her bag that she had placed inside her motorcycle basket.
