Two robbers in Kulim, Kedah tried to rob a woman — and made off with a loot they weren’t expecting.
The Rakyat Post reports that in the 8.30pm incident in Taman Cekur Manis, two men on a motorcycle attempted to rob a woman who had parked her vehicle outside her house.
What she had on her were a purse and two containers of one of Malaysia’s favourite dishes — roti jala.
“They attempted to pull my purse, but I screamed, and this frightened them, I guess, so they fled,” she told TRP.
“I was shaking in fear when it happened, but the joke’s on them as they only got away with the roti jala — without the curry,” she told the portal.
