Road rage case devolves into horrific assault on transgender in Shah Alam

A road rage case in Shah Alam took an even darker turn when the victims involved were subjected to abduction, attempted murder, sodomy, and heavy drug abuse.

Two men, already wanted by local police, reportedly rammed into the Volkswagen of a woman who was driving her three children at 9am on Monday morning.

The men then broke the woman’s windshield, got the got her out of her car and extorted her for RM1,000.

“I resisted as I was worried about my children. He then started pulling my hair and shaking my head,’’ she related in a Facebook posting.

The woman was shocked when she saw a bloodied transgender tied up in the back seat of her assaulters’ car.

Shah Alam OCP Assistant Commissioner Azisman Alias told The Star Online‘s Nicholas Cheng that a squad car was dispatched to the scene after the woman, identified as only Lai, made a distress call as the two suspects were about to drive off.

“She also told us she saw someone who looked like a woman, bruised and bloodied in the backseat of her attackers’ car,’’ he said.

As the police successfully arrested both men, they found a 25-year old transgender in the back seat. Also found on the dashboard of the suspects’ car was a 17.8cm knife.

Investigations revealed that the transgender had been abducted from his home in Perdana Klang at about 2.45am that day.

The transgender was taken by the suspects to a cemetery in Klang where he was sodomised in turn by the two men.

When investigating the cemetery in question, police officers found something even more disturbing: a teenage boy, tied up and bloody, in the crematorium.

ACP Azisman said the scene was spattered with blood and vomit.

A source close to the investigation said the two suspects had intended to burn the 19-year old alive.

Both suspects, who are wanted for a total of 11 criminal cases, tested positive for drugs.

Police believe that both the transgender and the teenager were abducted and attacked by the suspects over a drug deal gone bad.

The suspects have been remanded until Feb 16 and are being investigated under Section 363 and 377C of the Penal Code for kidnapping and committing carnal intercourse against the will of the victims.
