A rather embarrassing incident occurred for a Kuching-area man yesterday morning when the ring he put around his penis refused to come off, leaving him no option other than to call the Batu Lintang Fire Department.
The 45-year-old male was especially perilous: Having been unable to remove the ring by hand, he tried to lodge a pair of scissors between his member and the appendage, only to find that both were now stuck.
Officials arrived at the man’s house at 11:30am, considering the precarious nature of metal objects hanging from his dong, decided it was best to take the victim to Sarawak General Hospital, to avoid further injury.
Emergency room doctors, firefighters, medical assistants, and judging by the photo – a guy wearing a tie – used special equipment such as wind drills and air tubes to remove the lodged ring. The entire procedure took 25 minutes with doctors moving cautiously in the delicate matter.
The man is reported to be in stable condition and under hospital observation. No official word on just how mortified he must feel right now.
