A staggering 5,000 high-powered superbikes will congregate in Selangor’s capital city of Shah Alam next month to kick off the Go Motorshow Malaysia 2015-2017 (Gomoma) carnival series.
The number of superbike enthusiasts gathering for the inaugural event is expected to set a new record – something Malaysian society has a thing for.
Honorary executive president of the Gomoma Committee Council, Mohd Shu’ef Lamri told Bernama that the superbike gathering will be a featured highlight of the event, scheduled to take place on March 27 in front of the Bazarena Roundabout near Shah Alam Stadium.
Apart from the massive amount of crotch-rockets to amass in Shah Alam, the Gomoma event is expected to also feature almost 1,000 other motor vehicles of all makes and types, including rare and classic sports cars.
