Report on MH370 to be out on March 7

A day before the first anniversary of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370’s disappearance, an interim report will be released by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA).

March 8 will mark a year since the Beijing-bound jet with 239 passengers onboard lost contact with air traffic control after taking off from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Aziz Kaprawi said the report — which focuses on the investigation into one of the world’s greatest aviation mysteries — will be out on March 7, the New Straits Times reports.

“I cannot reveal the details of the interim report but it will be on the investigation that has been carried out so far in search of the missing plane. We have not concluded on the status of the plane, as the search is still on-going,” Aziz was quoted as saying.
