Professional killer shoots dead businessman at toll plaza

A businessman was shot dead in broad daylight just after the Sungai Rasau toll plaza in Shah Alam on Wednesday.

Shah Alam police chief ACP Shafien Mamat told The New Straits Times that the incident took place at 4.35pm when the victim was driving home from Klang.

Just after paying toll, two men on a motorcycle reportedly pulled up alongside his car.

One of the men allegedly whipped out a gun and fired several shots into the car. The car then skidded and crashed into the road shoulder.

ACP Shafien told the daily that the police found ten bullet holes on the car’s exterior. Six bullets reportedly struck the businessman.

“We believe the suspect is a professional hitman due to the accuracy of his shots, ” he was quoted as saying, adding that the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
