Earlier this week, the Education Ministry ordered schools in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and three other states to close as smog worsened from raging fires in Indonesia.
On Tuesday, more than half of the 52 monitoring stations registered “unhealthy” air. Kamal Sellehuddin captured these images from in and around Kuala Lumpur.
