A man nearly set fire to both his car and his friend after reportedly leaving his engine running while he filled up on petrol. Footage of the incident was uploaded to popular site of bike tricks and grievances We Are Malaysians yesterday.
CCTV at the Ipoh-area gas station captured the horrifying scene as an unidentified driver and his companion casually chatted when suddenly the fuel dispenser nozzle burst into flames. The man quickly pulls it away from the car, flinging it into the air and unfortunately in the direction of his friend.

Luckily, quick-thinking bystanders extinguished the fire before any serious injuries could occur.
