Perverted Malaysian man jailed in Singapore for filming upskirt videos of women

One man’s uncontrollable pervertness has landed him in big trouble.

A Malaysian man, working as a cook in Singapore, was sentenced to 18 weeks in jail for reportedly filming upskirt videos of women on almost 80 different ocassions.

According to a report by The Star Online, 27-year-old Ng Kok Ang admitted to 10 of 79 charges of insulting the modesty of a woman in court on Thursday.

He reportedly committed the crimes between February and March this year.

The court heard that on one occasion, Ng was at the ABC Market at Jalan Bukit Merah in Singapore on March 21 when he spotted a woman in a blue dress queuing up to buy food at a hawker stall.

He then reportedly went to the men’s toilet, took out a pinhole camera and hid it in his right shoe.

He returned to the hawker stall and stood behind the woman, before sticking his right foot between her legs and filmed her beneath her blue dress.

However, a 40-year-old man queueing up at a nearby stall caught Ng in the act and immediately confronted him.

Panicked, Ng reportedly took out the camera and destroyed it by stepping on it.

When the police arrived, they detained Ng and managed to find the camera’s storage card undamaged.

According to court documents, Ng had reportedly committed the other proceeded charges at the Chinese New Year bazaar in Chinatown.
