That’s the amount of Spidey cosplayers who will converge a the TGV Cinemas in Gurney Paragon Mall, George Town at 8.30pm tonight, in an attempt to set a new world record for … most nerds bitten by radioactive spiders and an aversion to goblins, we guess.
TGV CEO Gerald V Dibbayawan toldd The Star Online that the cosplayers, comprising both kids and adults who still want to be kids, were selected from over 400 applications received earlier this month.
Of course, the record attempt is in conjunction with the theatrical release of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, as well as the opening of TGV’s new nine-hall cineplex in Gurney Paragon Mall.
