An accident along the North South Expressway (PLUS) near Bukit Tagar reportedly caused traffic to come to a complete standstill late this morning.
According to Free Malaysia Today, a trailer, carrying new Honda cars had overturned at Km421.7 on the southbound side of the highway at 11.30am.
Highway officials informed motorists of the accident on Twitter via @plustrafik just after the incident occurred and in a tweet update at 4pm, PLUS said a contra lane has been opened.
PLUS advised motorists heading south to exit via Tanjung Malim to avoid traffic.
