Here’s some good news for heavy LRT users: the Ampang Line will now have eight new six-car trains.
These new Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) are expected to be operational on Oct 31, along with the opening of four new stations, reports the New Straits Times’s Robin Augustin.
Commuters can expect brand new comfortable seats, better access as well as closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) in the new trains.
New stations along the Ampang Line are Awan Besar, Muhibbah, Alam Sutera and Kinrara BK5.
