Motorcyclist killed in gruesome Cheras accident

A gruesome accident occurred in Cheras yesterday; a motorcyclist died after a collision with a bus got him caught beneath the moving vehicle.

The 33-year-old man, Ganesan Subramaniam, had reportedly been heading towards Cheras from the Pudu market on the wrong lane when the accident happened, The Star Online’s Nicholas Cheng reports.

“The motorcyclist tried to swerve to avoid the bus but failed, and was hit and pinned under the vehicle. He was dragged for several metres and died at the scene from severe head and body injuries,” Kuala Lumpur Staff Officer for Traffic Investigation and Regulation Deputy Supt Markandan Subramaniam told the portal.
