Motorcyclist attacks pregnant woman’s car in viral road rage incident

Road rage was taken to the next level yesterday morning, when a drug-crazed motorcyclist violently attacked the car of a 27-year-old pregnant woman in Penang.

Prior to the incident, the two were involved in a minor traffic accident that saw the bike hit the left side of the woman’s vehicle as she slowed down, and turned right.

Wanting to lodge a police report about the 8am incident, the driver asked the motorcyclist to follow her to the nearest station in the Bayan Lepas area of the island.

Instead of complying and following accident protocol, he took his helmet and a hammer he conveniently had packed with him, and attacked the windscreen and windows of the woman’s car.

The entire episode was filmed by multiple witnesses, who did not stop the crazed man.

Five-months pregnant, the woman can be seen in some clips watching on, traumatized by the swift turn of events.

After the video began to circulate widely online, the suspect was identified, and police were able to track him down within three hours after the incident.

Having had a long list of previous criminal offences, police tested the enraged man for drugs. He tested positive for morphine. Honestly speaking, this is quite surprising: These types of attacks tend to live in the syabu domain.
