The owner of a mamak in Puchong as well as several of his workers had to run for their lives when four men with parang rushed into the eatery, according to news reports by Tamil dailies.
It was reported that the four men rushed into the mamak on Saturday while customers were dining and started overturning carts and tables. The owners and his workers managed to escape through the back door.
In his police report, the owner said he recognised two of the men.
According to the owner, the two men allegedly had a vendetta against him after losing a nasty court battle, and had been looking for an opportunity to get back at him.
It was also reported that the attackers stole RM1,000 from the cashier.
