A man thought he was getting some, ahem, action when a random woman appeared at the front door of his hotel room…but he got robbed and assaulted instead.
According to The Star Online, the man, who was staying at a hotel in Sibu, was alone in his room when a woman knocked on his door at around 10.30pm on Saturday.
The woman allegedly offered to have sex with the man, and when he invited her into his room, two other men reportedly barged in.
The suspects allegedly demanded cash from the man but when he resisted, they started beating him up, injuring his head and face.
District police chief ACP Saiful Bahri Abdullah told the news portal that the police have arrested six suspects — five men aged between 19 and 30, and a 23-year-old woman — in connection with the case.
“They have been remanded for seven days,” ACP Saiful was quoted by The Star as saying.
