It doesn’t matter if it rains or shine, nothing is stopping one man from going on an epic motorcyle adventure.
Hishamuddin Md Rashid, 45, has embarked on a 15-day Merdeka solo journey around Perak, according to Bernama.
Accompanying Hishamuddin on his trip is, of course, his trusty classic Honda S90 motorcycle, which was painted in a ‘Ghost Rider’ theme.
A very determined Hishamuddin was flagged off by Perak Road Transport Department (JPJ) acting director Zainal Abidin Sheikh Mokhtar at Dataran Taiping on Wednesday.
Over the next two weeks, the Public Works Department employee will cover more than 180km, passing through several districts in the state such as Kerian, Selama and Gerik.
“I will stop at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort (BMLR), Bagan Serai, Parit Buntar, Selama, Gerik, Lenggong and Kuala Kangsar,” he was quoted as saying.
Hishamuddin also vowed to keep going no matter what obstacles lie ahead.
“I am determined to finish this mission despite the various physical and mental obstacles not to mention the hot weather.”
