Man caught for allegedly peeping into women’s toilet at LRT station

A man was caught for allegedly peeping into the women’s toilet at the Salak Selatan LRT station yesterday. 

According to a report by The Star Online, the 23-year-old suspect had allegedly committed the act about 2pm Saturday, after a 23-year-old woman stepped into the ladies restroom. 

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Chong Kok Sin was quoted as saying that the woman had noticed a person’s shadow while she was inside a cubicle and when she looked up, she saw a man’s head.

He told the news site that the woman then ran out of the restroom looking for help. A security guard entered and opened the cubicle door and discovered the man inside, ACP Chong added.

It was reported that the two got into a scuffle, leaving the suspect with injuries to the left side of his jaw, and his lips.

The suspect was allegedly found carrying a pocket knife, The Star Online reported.
