Four men attacked, stabbed and killed a man in what police believe is a revenge killing, while the victim had dinner at a tom yam stall yesterday night.

The 27-year-old was enjoying a meal with his friends at the Kuala Selangor soup stall when the suspects appeared at 9:45pm, pulling up in a car and emerging with four parangs (large knives) in hand.

Police say that when the attackers charged at the man, named as S. Mohan by police, his friends quickly fled the scene, leaving the assailants to set upon the victim without mercy.

Witnesses report that the men inflicted multiple stab wounds on the victim, a lorry driver. Restaurant staff called the police, but by the time that authorities arrived, Mohan was dead, and laying in a pool of blood.

The suspects drove off in the direction of Kapar, Klang, with police in hot pursuit. They are also looking for the victim’s three friends, aka the last three people you’d ever want to put down as your ride or dies.

The body is currently at Sungai Buloh Hospital for a post-mortem.
