“I used to have a manager who would shout at me & used swear words ‘anjing, babi, bodoh’. One day he called me, asking me to pick him up using MY CAR because he got a flat tire. I was late because I couldn’t find the route to his house. He called me stupid. I resigned the next day.”

Her manager was “shocked” to see her quit as she was the only employee in their department aside from him.

Regarding the abuse, she remarked that it caused her to sob at her desk in the office and made her feel weak, but now that she thinks about it, no one should be treated that way.

She claimed that her probation period was three months when she had to put up with her manager’s derogatory insults.
