Malaysian university students recreate ‘Avengers’ trailer frame by frame and get Russo brothers congrats

Malaysian university students got the shout-out of a lifetime when Hollywood directors the Russo brothers, famous for their work directing films like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War, asked them if they were available to direct the next installment after watching a trailer they made.

Yes, really.

The students were tasked with an English project, and decided to recreate the trailer for Avengers: Infinity War frame by frame.

Are there special effects? No.

Are the background settings right? Also, no.

However, this only adds to the recreation, as the boys managed to get the timing of every single frame on point, if you watch the original in the bottom left corner.

As one Twitter user pointed out, the students just saved the studio a billion dollars with their lo-fi recreations.

Our favorite part has to be the use of Coco Crunch for special effects.

After nearly three million views, thousands of kudos, and a special mention by the actual film directors, we sincerely hope you guys got an A for this assignment.
