The LionsXII soccer team returned to Singapore with good news last weekend after beating Kedah 3-1 at the Darul Aman Stadium on Sept. 28 and successfully qualifying to the Malaysia Cup quarter finals. But it wasn’t all fun and games, especially for the team’s ExcluSinga fan club, who had found one of their buses vandalised as they were leaving for their hotel.
Spray painted on the bus was the word “pork”, reported to have been the work of unhappy Kedah fans.
LionsXII will play against the Angkatan Tentera Malaysia Football Association (ATM FA) in the quarter-final match on Sept 28., led by assistant coach K. Balagumaran.
