Insp Suriati has been charged with accepting RM4,000 for the release of a Cameroonian man accused of robbery in 2013.
She had been accused to taking the money from Nurullizean Yahya to free her husband, Tchouanseu Tchounga Armand at the Brickfields Police Headquarters on Jan 22, 2013.
