Karma is a b*tch as suspected snatch thief killed while trying to flee crime scene

No matter what, karma is always going to come back and bite your ass.

A suspected snatch thief found out the hard way when he was killed while trying to escape his pursuers on Sunday.

According to The Star Online, the incident happened at around 5.15pm when two suspects approached an 11-year-old boy at Taman Masai in Johor Baru on the pretext of asking for directions.

Seri Alam OCPD Supt Jokhiri Abd Aziz told the news portal that the pillion rider then allegedly snatched the boy’s mobile phone and as they were trying to make their escape on a motorcycle, a group of passers-by reportedly gave chase.

However, their freedom was short-lived as their motorcycle reportedly collided with a car travelling from the opposite direction at Jalan Pulasan.

The 20-year-old pillion rider reportedly died on the spot due to severe head injuries.

His 19-year-old accomplice, meanwhile, reportedly broke his left leg.

Supt Jokhiri told The Star Online that the suspect was detained shortly after receiving treatment at the hospital.
