The fun and games are over for a trio accused of facilitating and soliciting sex from nearby construction workers who are working on a nearby multi-billion-ringgit property development project in Malaysia’s southern Johor state.

Police report that two women, aged 34 and 40, were taken in late last night after they were caught waiting for customers in a heavily wooded area near Kampung Pok Besar, Tanjung Kupang. A 35-year-old man who investigators believe is their pimp was also arrested. All three are from Indonesia.

Officials say that the enterprising group had been running their jungle operations for about a month, open daily from 8pm to 1am at night and charging many of the foreign workers who were employed at the nearby development RM50 (US$17) per visit. They kept their set-up quiet and relatively undetectable using only candles [Ed. Note: Sounds like great mood-lighting, tbh].

Both women had valid travel visas, while the man was undocumented.

Also seized were two loo rolls, two bottles of lube, and RM100 (US$27) in cash.

While police investigate the sex for cash operation, immigration is currently looking into the man’s legal status in the country.
