An unemployed Indonesian man was sentenced to 14 months in jail on Thursday for exposing his private parts to a 35-year-old teacher.
According to The Star Online, 33-year-old Salam Rohim pleaded guilty after the charge was read out to him before Magistrate Mohamad Izwan Mohamed Nor.
According to court papers, the offence was committed at a flat in Taman Keramat in Hulu Langat on May 23 at 10.50pm when the victim, who was about to enter her house, turned around to see the accused with his pants down.
Salam was charged with intention to insult the modesty of a person, and Mohamad Izwan ordered the sentence to run from the day of his arrest on May 29.
