Malaysians looking to get a sweet deal on an iPhone 6s, and other Apple products, at the annual Switch warehouse clearance sale should brace themselves: The queue right now, which began last night, are the craziest we have ever seen in the capital.

Tech site Soya Cincau reported that the line began last night, despite the fact that officials from the MyTown mall in Cheras that is hosting the event specifically stating that there would be no “midnight queueing.”

This ain’t an H&M collab launch, guys.

Reports stated that around 300 to 400 individuals were already at the Cheras mall, waiting for that magical moment the doors open, which at that point – was at least 8 hours away. Some reportedly brought makeshift beds to sleep in while they waited.

The scene this morning was absolute pandemonium, with Twitter user Azlyn Balqis uploading pictures from inside the shopping complex and urging followers to reconsider their life choices if they were thinking of heading to MyTown.

Um… Yeah. No. We’ll just stick to retail prices and not standing around for hours. Thanks, though Switch sale.
