Your girl Datuk Seri Vida just told the ‘king’ of police reports, Abdul Rani, he’s not her type (no sorrys given)

Looks like everyone’s favorite incessant police report filer, Abdul Rani Kulup Abdullah, he of 2015 catchphrase kipidap fame (‘keep it up’), won’t be taking a second wife.

His proposal to beauty empire doyenne, and three-time divorcee, Datuk Seri Hasmiza Othman, aka Datuk Vida, has been categorically rejected by the lady herself.

Earlier, he had expressed interest in also taking lawyer and human rights activist, Siti Kasim, as a second wife, telling a reporter from Sinar Harian that “Ayah can be a good husband.” Abdul Rani, likes to refer to himself as ‘Ayah’ (father), in the third person. Sounds insufferable already.

After his desire to take on Siti Kasim as a wife fell on deaf ears for a full week, he put out his feelers for Datuk Vida.

Rani. Rani. I’m going to stop you right there. Nobody likes to be sloppy-seconds, you feel?

Datuk Vida, who apparently has more time on her hands than Siti, issued a response to “Ayah,” telling him that he didn’t fit the bill for the kind of man she was looking for (oh, snap!), and that he was just after cheap publicity (let’s be real Datuk Vida, you love cheap publicity).

Speaking to Sinar Harian, Datuk Vida, claims to have received the resumes of over 50 potential suitors, from as far away as Scotland and Finland.

She went on record to clarify the kind of man she was looking for: “Bring me a man who is rich, grey eyed, young and handsome. Someone who can develop my business to a trillion Ringgit business. That can be considered.”

So, like, a Kevin Costner, meets Warren Buffett vibe, but young.  Difficult, but we love a challenge.

Coconuts KL offers to do your initial screening, and send you only the good ‘uns, Datuk Vida, so you don’t waste any more time sifting through mediocre resumes. Jokers like Abdul Rani wouldn’t even make it into the Inbox, straight to Spam. Call us.

Abdul Rani, aka Ayah. Yeah, no, not him.
