A child was reportedly killed in a fall from the third floor of a public housing project building in Bandar Baru Sentul yesterday.
According to a report by Bernama, the six-year-old girl died late Monday night.
Sentul District Police chief ACP R. Munusamy was quoted as saying that the girl had stepped on a laundry basket at the back balcony of the family’s unit and fallen off.
“She died immediately from head injuries and her body was sent to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a post-mortem. The case is classified as sudden death,” he told Bernama.
