Always wanted to take a selfie with the Sultan of Johor’s customised ‘Optimus Prime’ truck? Well, it’s your lucky day!
The annual Kembara Mahkota Johor (KMJ) is set to kick off this Saturday (14 May) and the headliner for this year’s road trip is Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s three Mack trucks.
Yup, you read that right: THREE Mack trucks.
The Johor Sultan will be taking the RM1.4million customised red, blue and white truck (dubbed the most expensive Mack truck in the world) out for a spin in this year’s edition of the KMJ, accompanied by two more customised Mack trucks.

According to The New Straits Times, the two Mack trucks – one in bright orange and one with a giant scorpion vinyl on its body – will be driven by Tunku Mahkota Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Panglima Johor Tunku Abdul Rahman Sultan Ibrahim.
The three trucks will obviously be the center of attention, but the road trip will also feature 35 Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Already in its 19th edition, the royal tour would cover a distance of 842km and 10 districts over four days.
If you want to catch the entourage, head on over to Dataran Bandaraya on 14 May for the flag off ceremony.
