If this is what it says it will be, you’ll never suffer from FOMO. But only if you’re in the city.
That’s because a project called Metro Wifi will provide free wifi access for those living in Kuala Lumpur. To begin with, the service will be made available to 44 People’s Housing (PPR) and Public Housing (PPA) complexes in KL, Bernama reports.
TM Global & Wholesale executive vice-president Mohamad Rozaimy Abd Rahman said the project will be carried out in stages.
“The WiFi installation at the 44 housing complexes is expected to be completed by year end,” he said. The project is then expected to move to Putrajaya and Labuan.
