A freak storm hit Kuala Lumpur yesterday afternoon, shattering a glass window at the Etiqa Academy building along Jalan Melaka.
A video of the incident showed at least four women screaming and running as the window near a Maybank ATM machine imploded, covering the floor with shards of glass. The building is commonly used by passersby as shelter from the rain, which poured through Kuala Lumpur yesterday from around 4pm.
