The wife and relatives of a 24-year-old man managed to talk him out of taking his own life at an apartment complex in USJ this evening.
According to a report by The Star Online’s Jastin Ahmad Tarmizi, the man had planned to leap off the apartment block at Persiaran Kewajipan, USJ 19 before the intervention.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department was informed of what was happening around 6.20pm.
Department assistant director of operations Mohamad Sani Harul was quoted as saying that the man was later sent to the police.
