Klang police are going on the record to clarify that images of supposed stack of counterfeit money busted by the authorities that went viral did not come from a raid on a shipping container, or any other outlandish rumor, in Port Klang.
They are, in fact, images from the film Abang Long Fadil 2, that is being shot in the area. The money is for film prop purposes.
Klang police added that the shoot occurred several days ago, and that members of the force were even called in to be used as extras on the shoot.
There you have it: Relax your taxis, but feel free to use the counterfeit banknote detection pen where you feel necessary.
