What a stroke of luck! Or was it?
In Johor Baru, a suspected drug dealer reportedly jumped off a balcony and fell seven storeys.
Miraculously, the 34-year-old suspect — who was trying to flee from a police raid in the high-rise building in Taman Pelangi — survived the plunge, landing on a car.
“Upon reaching the suspect’s house, there were three men in the house and they immediately tried to flee when they saw the police at their door,” Johor Baru South district police chief Assistant Commissioner Sulaiman Salleh told the New Straits Times’ Halim Said.
“The two other suspects, aged 30 and 45-year did not put up a fight and were caught inside the house,” he was quoted further.
One of the three men, the NST reports, was in possession of a car key, which led to the discovery of 23 cannabis concentrates weighing approximately 23.34kg and valued around RM60,000.
The suspect is now reportedly in the intensive care unit of the Sultanah Aminah Hospital.
