A 19-year-old girl reportedly went missing after delivering drinks to a customer waiting in a car outside her cafe on Friday.
According to a report by Kosmo!, as translated by The Star Online, Nur Farisyah Eizwani’s younger sibling suspected that something was amiss when she failed to return to the cafe at 8.30pm.
The customer, according to the Malay daily, reportedly ordered his drinks in the cafe but went outside to wait for his order in his white Honda City.
Nur Farisyah’s father, Iskandar Daud, 44, believed that her daughter was kidnapped.
“Stop spreading rumours that my daughter has run away with a man,” he was quoted by Kosmo! as saying.
OCPD Malacca Tengah assistant commissioner Shaikh Abdul Adzis Shaikh Abdullah told the daily that a police report has been lodged and they are currently investigating the case.
