A Chinese tourist was killed after falling nine floors from a hotel in Port Dickson, according to The New Straits Times.
In the 9am incident, deputy district police chief Deputy Superintendent Zainudin Ahmad said the 28-year-old woman was believed to have fallen off the balcony of her hotel room on the 9th floor.
“The victim had checked into the hotel with another 13 Chinese tourists. It was understood that the group arrived here from Johor,” said Zainudin.
“Police have ruled out the possibility of foul play. We have classified the case as sudden death.”
Her remains were brought to the PD Hospital for an autopsy before being handed over to the Chinese embassy for repatriation, he also added.
