The man who Created Disco is about to create utter bedlam in Sepang, for the 2014 Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix “Sepang Comes Alive” celebrations.
Calvin Harris, currently the record holder for the most top ten hits in the UK (previously held by Michael Jackson) has been announced to perform at the after-race party on March 30th at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) Helipad.
SIC’s CEO, Datp’ Razlan Razali, had this to say about the announcement: “Each year we try to elevate the excitement and entertainment value of the Malaysian Grand Prix and bringing Calvin Harris for the post-race concert is going to be a big hit with the local and international crowd as the perfect finale of our celebration.”
The performance will be a South East Asian exclusive, and will be Harris’s first ever stint in Malaysia.
All grandstand and C2 hillstand ticket holders gain automatic entry to the After Race Concert. Additionally, SIC is offering a staggering 40% discount for all MyKad holders for the 2014 Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix tickets.
